This Privacy Policy describes how LCKD Fitness ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.
Account information. When you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we receive your email address, display name, and a unique account identifier. We do not receive or store your password.
Health and nutrition data. The app stores nutrition entries you create (meals, calories, macronutrients, weight, goals). This data is associated with your account and synchronized to our secure cloud database so you can access it across devices.
Device and usage data. We collect non-personal technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, and anonymous usage events used to diagnose crashes and improve the app.
Camera and barcode data. The app uses your camera only when you actively open the barcode scanner. Scanned barcodes are sent to a product lookup service to retrieve nutrition information. No video, photo, or image is stored or transmitted.
Purchase information. If you purchase a subscription, we receive a purchase confirmation token from Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card or financial details — those are handled exclusively by Apple.

In the free version of the app, Google AdMob may display ads. On first launch the app will request your permission (App Tracking Transparency) to use your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers operated by Google LLC, with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your account data is protected by Firebase Authentication. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from within the app, your personal data and nutrition history are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, transaction records).

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers (Google, Apple, RevenueCat) operate. These providers participate in recognized data-transfer frameworks (e.g., EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and apply appropriate safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
